ICS/NIMS Training- see flyer for more information, 0.6 TUs awarded (D&C; Industrial, Water, Wastewater Treatment) upon completion of courses Colorado Utilities are invited to participate in this important event provided by the Texas Water/Wastewater Agency Response Network (TXWARN), Texas AWWA, and EPA. This teleconference will provide water and wastewater staff at all levels the basic information for understanding NIMS and ICS. This information will be critical to utility recovery efforts in the event of any service disruption and will allow your utility staff to work closely with other responders. NIMS enables responders from a variety of jurisdictions and disciplines to work together effectively when responding to an emergency. Water and wastewater treatment systems play a vital role in this community recovery effort. Cost: $15, bring cash or check payable to Texas AWWA |
